What to include so we can actually help
Numbers first — the more of these you paste in, the faster the answer.
- Your dimensions and units (e.g., 14 ft 6 in × 20 ft, 3 in deep)
- The material you selected and the result you expected versus got
- The page URL, and the share link from the calculator's "Copy share link" button if the numbers look off — it encodes your exact inputs
- For content corrections: the page and the sentence in question
What email is for (and what it isn't)
We handle calculator math, site content and bugs — not project design or supplier disputes. We can't tell you whether your clay driveway needs 6 or 12 inches of base (a local contractor who can see the ground can), and we can't broker gravel orders or refunds. What we can do: verify a calculation, fix a wrong typical value, or explain a formula from the methodology page line by line.
For advertising and partnership inquiries, use the same address with "partnership" in the subject line. For privacy questions, see the privacy policy first — it's short and there's no data brokerage to untangle.
